  TIME DOES NOT HEAL They say time heals all wounds but I found that it doesn’t. Time can only numb the pain. With time you get used to it. You learn how to live with your pain. The only truth is: Healing takes time.  Healing is personal and intentional. You will never heal if you don’t face what ails you. If you don’t accept the ugly side. When you decide to heal,    you may feel the pain all over again. Like adding insult to injury. Like opening up new wounds you didn’t know existed. Like lifting a rug that you put all your dirt in.
